Steps:
Create free account with Heygen
Take a selfie and upload it to computer
Upload selfie to Grok imagine / Make edits until satisfied / Download image to computer
Log into Heygen, click your way through tutorial sceenshots, then from the home screeen, click on 'Photo to Video', upload your photo, choose 'portait' size, add audio, click 'Generate'.
Wait for your file to render then download your file to your computer.
